Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the School Measures website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Personal Use License

All deposits, reports, analysis, and content provided through School Measures are licensed for personal, individual use only. This means you may access and use the information to make educational decisions for your own family.

You may not redistribute, republish, resell, or share your access or any report content with others beyond your immediate household.

Commercial & Institutional Use

Use of School Measures data, reports, or services by government agencies, corporations, partnerships, real estate firms, media organizations, or any other institutional or commercial entity requires a separate license agreement. API access is not available under the personal use license.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Deposits & Refund Policy

School Measures operates on a deposit-based model. Each district report requires 100 deposits of $50 before research begins. Once the deposit threshold is met, we aim to publish the district report within two weeks.

If we are unable to deliver the report within two weeks of reaching 100 deposits, you may request a full refund of your deposit. Refund requests should be directed to our support team.

Intellectual Property

All reports, analysis, content, design, and other materials on School Measures are the intellectual property of School Measures. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

School Measures provides information for educational and informational purposes only. Our reports and analysis do not constitute legal advice, professional educational consulting, or official government recommendations.

We strive for accuracy but make no warranties regarding the completeness or timeliness of the information provided. School Measures shall not be liable for any decisions made based on our content. Use our reports as one input among many when making educational decisions for your family.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of School Measures after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
